A plant in Manesar, a warehouse in Noida and an office in Okhla are all in 'NCR', but each follows a different State's minimum wages, welfare fund and shop registration: Haryana, Uttar Pradesh or Delhi. Godstone Consultech recruits, onboards and pays contract and temporary staff across NCR, managed from our Chennai office, and costs each site under the law that actually applies.
Tell us the city, roles and shift pattern. We send a rate card built on the right State's rules for that site.
We are a Chennai company, and we do not have an office in Delhi or its satellite cities. NCR is a two-and-a-half-hour flight from our Guindy office. We recruit locally in each NCR city, onboard at your site, appoint a coordinator for every team and visit on a schedule. Payroll, PF, ESI and the State-specific welfare funds are handled centrally.
We are most useful to NCR clients who want steady teams on monthly contracts with a clear rate card for each State, and to companies that already work with us in South India and are adding an NCR site.
This is the comparison we walk NCR clients through before quoting. The same role can cost noticeably different amounts in Okhla, Manesar and Noida.

Pick a belt to see the employers there, the roles in demand and the commute and shift issues to plan for. The State shown in brackets decides which rules apply.
Site in Neemrana, Bhiwadi, Sonipat or Meerut? Tell us where. Neemrana and Bhiwadi are in Rajasthan, which has its own rules.
NCR's workforce is large, mobile and mostly migrant. That changes how you recruit, pay and retain people.
Most shop-floor workers come from other States. The OSH Code requires written terms for inter-State migrant workers and a yearly journey allowance to their home State. We handle both and record home addresses properly.
The April 2026 Noida protests were about wages. A payslip that shows every deduction, paid on a fixed date, prevents most disputes. Unexplained deductions start them.
May–June heat affects shop-floor attendance, winter pollution controls can halt some sites at short notice, and Holi and Chhath see workers travel home. We plan standby workers around all three.
One agreement across NCR, with a separate rate card for each State's site, a coordinator for every team and a monthly compliance pack for each location.
NCR's demand splits between auto and electronics shop floors, warehouses and a very large office economy.

What NCR HR and operations teams ask us most often.
Ask us about your Delhi NCR site →No. We manage NCR work from our Chennai office in Guindy. We recruit locally, onboard at your site, appoint a coordinator for every team and visit on a schedule. Payroll and compliance run centrally.
The State where the work is done: Delhi for sites in NCT Delhi, Haryana for Gurugram, Manesar and Faridabad, and Uttar Pradesh for Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Where a worker lives does not matter.
No. Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh do not levy professional tax on salaries. Haryana and Delhi do have labour welfare fund contributions; Uttar Pradesh does not.
Start with each State's minimum for the role. Haryana's unskilled rate from April 2026 is about ₹15,220 a month and UP's Category I rate is about ₹13,690. Then add employer PF (12% of PF wages up to ₹25,000), ESI at 3.25% where gross wages are ₹21,000 or less, bonus, leave and gratuity provisions, LWF where it applies, our service fee and 18% GST. Market wages are often higher than the minimum. We send a rate card per site.
Under the OSH Code, which replaced the Contract Labour Act from 21 November 2025, contractor licensing applies at 50 or more contract workers. State rules were still being finalised in 2026. We confirm the requirement for your headcount before deployment.
Yes. One agreement with State-specific annexures, one payroll process, and a contact who understands each State's rules.
Send the city, roles, headcount and shift pattern for each site. We will reply with an itemised rate card under the right State's rules for each one. Call +91 860 850 6800. Or write to info@godstoneconsultech.in.
