Housekeeping, security, pantry and technical vendors all report separately, and nobody owns the building at 9 pm. Facility executive staffing is the difference between a deployed team and a managed one. Godstone Consultech screens for soft-services experience, reporting discipline and vendor coordination, employs every worker on our own payroll, and keeps PF, ESI and contract-labour records with us — so the person on your floor is documented, replaceable and accountable from day one.
Premises type, area and vendor count are enough to scope the role.
A facility executive turns a set of contracts into an operation: attendance held to sanctioned strength, frequencies audited, AMCs chased, complaints closed and a monthly report you can act on.
Every soft-services contract that failed did so between the scope document and the floor.
Four vendors, four attendance sheets, no single owner. Frequencies slip, complaints repeat, and the review meeting turns into a discussion about whose staff was absent.
Standards fall quietly, consumables get bought at emergency retail prices, and your own manager ends up doing the coordination the contract was supposed to remove.
A facility executive accountable for rosters, audits and closures, with a monthly MIS and a written escalation matrix — and a replacement bench behind the role.

What clears before the worker reaches your gate.
The three titles are often used loosely, which is how sites end up paying a manager's salary for supervisor work, or the reverse.
| Role | Owns | Typical site |
|---|---|---|
| Facility supervisor | One service line on one shift — rosters, checklists and the team on the floor | A large housekeeping or security deployment |
| Facility executive | All soft services on one site: vendors, AMCs, complaints, MIS and compliance follow-up | An office, plant or campus with several vendors |
| Facility manager | Multiple sites or hard services too — budgets, contracts and capital works | A portfolio or a large technical campus |
We supply supervisors and executives on contract; for a permanent facility manager see permanent staffing, and for the full outsourced scope see facility management services.
Much of the job is making sure nothing on the building's compliance calendar lapses. A typical tracker covers:
| Item | What the executive tracks |
|---|---|
| Fire safety | Fire NOC validity under your State's fire service law, extinguisher refills, hydrant and alarm checks, mock drills |
| Lifts | Periodic inspection and licence renewal under the State lift rules; AMC visit records |
| Electrical | Inspections under the CEA Safety Regulations 2023, earthing tests and DG set maintenance |
| Pollution control | Consent to operate for DG sets, STP or ETP where applicable; emission and effluent test reports |
| Water and hygiene | Tank cleaning, water-quality tests, pest-control service reports |
| Vendors on site | Each contractor's monthly wage proof and PF and ESI challans — unpaid dues fall back on the principal employer |
| AMCs | Planned-maintenance schedules for HVAC, lifts, fire systems, UPS and DG, with completion logged |
A facility executive fails on reporting and follow-through far more often than on technical knowledge, so that is what we test hardest.
| Skill | How it is tested |
|---|---|
| Soft-services experience | Previous site reference; walk-through of a roster and task matrix they ran |
| MIS and spreadsheets | Practical: build an attendance-versus-sanctioned summary from raw data |
| Vendor and AMC management | Scenario: a missed PPM visit and a vendor asking for an advance |
| Building systems awareness | Basics of fire panels, DG sets, HVAC and lifts — enough to spot a problem and escalate |
| Communication | Written escalation email and a spoken role-play with a complaining occupant |
Facility executives are paid well above the minimum-wage floor, so experience and site complexity set the rate. The statutory floor still matters: in Haryana, for example, the skilled grade is ₹18,500.81 and highly skilled ₹19,425.85 a month from 1 April 2026.
Source for statutory floors: Haryana revision of 1 Apr 2026. Published market pay for facility supervisors is thin (Indeed India shows an average of ₹19,720 a month from only five reports), so rates are quoted per requirement.

When several service lines — housekeeping, security, pantry, technical AMCs — run on the same premises and nobody on your side has the time to own them daily, or when the deployed headcount is large enough that rosters, audits and vendor follow-up take a full working day. Smaller sites can share a visiting executive across locations.
Yes, under contract staffing, which keeps employment and statutory obligations with us. Third-party payroll is available if you have already selected the person.
A backup executive is identified at contract start and briefed on the site, so leave and exits do not leave the building unmanaged.
Yes. Coordination of your own AMC and vendor contracts is a normal part of the charter, with escalations routed to your facility manager.
Usually not. ESI applies where gross wages are up to ₹21,000 a month, and most facility executives earn more, so group medical and personal-accident cover should be in the rate card instead. PF still applies, on wages up to the statutory ceiling — ₹25,000 a month from 17 September 2026 — unless you agree to contribute on higher wages.
A monthly MIS with attendance against sanctioned strength for every vendor, complaint volumes and closure times, audit scores, planned-maintenance completion, consumable use against budget, incidents, and the statutory-compliance status of every contractor on site. We agree the format before deployment.
Send the role, headcount and site city. We aim to send an itemised rate card and deployment date within one working day.
